From This Day on (Heartland)

As Amy's sister Lou is finalizing her wedding details, Amy is contemplating her own plans for the future. She is a senior, and the scores for the SAT that she had taken to appease her grandfather have arrived and are unexpectedly impressive. Now Amy, who had ever considered her life beyond Heartland, is thinking of college - but chooses not to reveal this struggle to her family or Ty. With the distraction of a lost pony that unexpectedly shows up one snowy morning, and the constant arrival of wedding gifts, Amy is able to conceal her secret, but soon life will force her to make a difficult decision.
