Olivia Kidney is on the move – again!

When her dad finds a mysterious note on his bed he agrees to take up the position of live-in handyman at a grand, private home. But before she's even unpacked, Olivia realizes that there is nothing remotely normal about her new home. Most of the ground floor is a sparkling lagoon – and you have to use a boat to get around!

But floating furniture is only the beginning. When Olivia starts noticing peculiar people coming and going from the house at night, she is drawn into a very puzzling adventure. For the house is built on a spot where the Normal World and the Spirit World collide. And it's up to Olivia to make sure no one gets stuck on the wrong side . . .
